Northland produces certified organic and Non-GMO soy products by employing rigorous quality control and Identity Preservation protocols. Northland tests the seed stock planted, contracts variety-specific IP soybeans with select producers whose equipment and storage facilities must be inspected and approved, tests the soybeans during growing and harvest, transports and stores the soybeans in IP trucks and bins, and processes the beans in IP cleaning, crushing, and refining facilities. PCR and strip tests are run at various stages of production, assuring the integrity of the entire product stream. Our testing loop protocols ensure the highest possible organic and Non-GMO purity at all levels of production.
